Creative Print and Design

Our designers are well versed in design and product trends, brand-savvy and commercially astute, working alongside our manufacturing and packing teams to ensure their designs are not just engaging but cost and process effective too.

Direct Mail and Personalisation

Cellpak has extensive experience in design, printing, enclosing and distributing letters, flyers, postcards and catalogues as well as 'match and attach' for store cards, SIM cards and more...

We have full in-house capability: design, printing and packing (both hand and machine) and we are hard to beat on accuracy, creativity and price across the full suite of mailing house services.

We are highly proficient in managing variable data and variable images, and offer a range of data services including supply, cleansing (gone aways, deceased, do not mail etc) and de-duplication.

Packaging Design and Manufacture

The Cellpak approach is consultative and collaborative, taking account of your ideas and feedback at each step: branding and box opening experience, protection, environmental responsibility, cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.

We have flexible manufacturing and production facilities that can accomodate short-runs as well as larger volumes.

We have comprehensive knowledge of packaging materials from solid, corrugated and laminated boards to pulp, to synthetic and bio-plastics, films and foams.

POS and Promotional

We design for retail, exhibitions, conferences, shopping centre promotions; any environment where a portable, fast assembly promotional display is required.

We have extensive printing and production capabilities and can create promotional packaging in all shapes and sizes: stand-up floor displays, shelf, counter-top and mobile hanging displays, brochure holders, leaflet dispensers, boxes, wobblers and more... We specialise in custom formats and highly bespoke pieces, pop up displays and oversized pieces.

We're experts in cushioning and protective solutions for both retail and transit packaging and we can advise on the latest security and tamper-evident packaging options.

Kitting and Finishing

Cellpak provides a comprehensive range of automated and manual services across assembly, collation, configuration and customisation.  We have a flexible workforce and can gear up quickly to meet tight deadlines.

We offer a complete standard in-house finishing service: cutting, folding, binding, stitching, laminating and encapsulating plus specialist services such as fleece-lamination for delicate items.

We are highly experienced in multi-component kitting and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Contract Packing

Cellpak provide bespoke contract packing and co-packing services including bagging, film shrink wrapping, film flow wrapping, blister packing, multi-pack sleeving, cartoning, pack reworking, labelling, barcoding and palletising. We can manufacture or supply all your packing materials.

We specialise in managing high-volume, high-value assets such as SIM cards and EMV smart cards, where individual units need to be tracked from bulk receipt through various unpacking, packaging and repacking stages.

Virtual Warehouse and Storage

Cellpak have a 10,000 sq ft warehouse located just 2 minutes from Junction 26 of the M25, enabling us to make fast and frequent local deliveries into Central London and to the Greater London area, whilst also providing excellent transport links to ferry ports, airports and the rest of the UK by road and rail.

We can handle all your storage needs and act as your virtual warehouse. Your goods can be shipped directly to us from their manufacturing facility, or port of entry.

Your inventory is recorded on our new bespoke ERP system and managed through your own secure customer portal that enables you to check stock levels, call off orders and specify delivery dates and locations in real time.

Multi-Channel Fulfilment

We offer a broad range of bespoke fulfilment options, including bulk delivery to third party storage, high volume multi-item B2B orders, replenishing retail outlets with products and POS materials.

We also handle individual single item B2C retail orders received via web, email, phone or interfaced EPOS/CRM.

Outsourced Response Handling

Cellpak offer best-of-breed outsourced customer services and response handling across web (static forms and interactive chat), email, voice and text.

We can design bespoke response handling programmes based on your individual needs including custom-built data capture and reporting solutions, and technologies including interactive voice response (IVR) back-up and computer telephony integration (CTI).

Reverse Logistics and WEEE Recycling

Cellpak has carefully developed a flexible logistics function to enable us to offer adaptable and responsive reverse logistics, especially suited to FMCE, personal devices and mobile phones.

We can provide a cost effective channel for the consolidation of used products enabling you to recapture value through resale or allow for proper documented disposal.

Our reverse logistics operation can work effectively in conjunction with our response handling services to manage customer returns, warranty replacements and repairs - using integrated data and activity-triggered communications to give a superior 'joined-up' customer experience.
