Heat Exchangers
With nearly 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of heat transfer equipment, Graham Hart (Process Technology) Limited is well known for the production of TEMA and non TEMA type heat exchangers including shell and tube, cross flow and direct contact heat exchangers.
The Company manufacture in a wide a range of materials, from low temperature Carbon Steel to Hastelloy, Nickel and other specialist materials associated with off shore applications and are accredited to ASME U ISO 9001 and hold a China Manufacturing Licence or 'M' Stamp Certification.
Air Cooled Heat Exchangers
At Graham Hart (Process Technology) Ltd. Custom built air cooled heat exchangers or air blast heat exchangers to meet their customer's process requirements including full thermal design. Whether it be high pressure oil and gas applications with plug headers, fully welded headers for hydrogen service or removable cover plate / headers for low pressure, high fouling water applications.
Direct contact condensers can be used for environmental improvement by reducing steam and odour plumes from processes and cross flowor tube bank units can be used for heat recovery.
High Purity Heat Exchangers
Graham Hart (Process Technology) Limited produce high purity heat exchangers in a wide range of materials, including; Hastelloy, Incoloy, Nickel, Cupronickel and Duplex Sainless Steels for the Pharmaceutical industry.
High Purity Heat Exchangers
Fully drainable, these high purity heat exchangers have a number of design features to make them more hygienic. These features include tube end welding, polishing, electropolishing, hygienic connections and special gaskets.
