This has been expanded in recent years, by requirement and acquisition, to include a wide range of cargo handling equipment, restraints, cables and control rods, component and assembly manufacture. The Industrial Division was born out of the innovative Rotary Selector Valve. Originally launched in 1957, the ground breaking device still remains in demand today. Complemented over the years by a diverse range of products including electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic control panels, mechanical cables and control rods, specialist test equipment and a general electro-mechanical/mechatronic contract design manufacture and test service. Most recently our electrical services have expanded to include the manufacture of industrial lighting, electrical testing and installation services.

Control Cables

Our light to heavy-duty cable controls offer the user the flexibility of remote actuation in either push or pull operating modes. An extensive range of cables, wire fittings and conduit assembly techniques are used to meet the needs of many demanding remote control actuation uses, as well as numerous automotive functions. Our Heavy duty and Push-pull control cables are used in a diverse range of vehicles, off road or otherwise.

The product which launched the company, the PIV (Pneumatic Interlok Valve) is as unique today as it was at inception. This reliable interlock valve entered the fluid control market place in 1958, known then as the Rotary Switch Valve or RSV.

As technology has moved on, techniques for Partial Stroke Testing have become more comprehensive which have led to higher control loop component coverage.  However a major drawback of techniques to date is that shut down systems are not tested in the same manner as they are designed to operate therefore potential failure modes may be masked.
