Pressavon Ltd (est 1954) is able to cater for your individual needs from product design, tooling development, process validation, series supply and customer delivery. Pressavon is a subsidiary of Tappex Co.
We have an experienced team able to project manage from start to finish metal pressed parts development & supply. We have capability with a range of 20 - 210 Tonne machines, MIG/TIG semi-automated welding machines, in-tool and post stamping threading operations, spot-welding, riveting and manual assembly processes. 2nd operations for shot blasting, surface treatments & finishing can be performed by either in-house or by our approved sub-suppliers.
Furthermore, our commitment to quality (BS9001-2008/ISO 14001) has won us OE contracts throughout Europe and America, including the supply of safety critical components to the automotive industry.
Currently, we supply both Automotive Tier1 & 2 , Industrial & 'white goods' Industries.
