Dickinson Philips was established in 1980 to provide a comprehensive Injection Moulding Service. Over the years we've built a strong reputation for high quality service, generating a broad customer base.

 We take pride in our business continuing to be one of the most modern and clean moulding facilities in the North of England.
To meet the ongoing increase in demand for our products, a new, purpose-built factory was commissioned in 1989. Year on year growth meant the need for further expansion and a new factory extension was added during 2000.

With the advantage of being an independent company run by skilled engineers, we can guarantee our customers, old or new, a rapid response to any enquiry. We will advise and assist with product and tool design, from initial concept to mass production. Our in-depth knowledge of product and tool design, materials specification and the moulding process ensures a cost-effective solution to every project. Our success over the years stems from combining common sense with with personal service and attention to detail. We are committed to listening to our customers and responding to their needs.

The sourcing of Injection Moulded Components and tooling can be carried out using our facilities. We have the capability to handle information in a wide variety of formats from simple sketches through to CAD concepts.

We are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Certificate Number GB 10542. This is the latest ISO Standard. We operate SPC on certain products, with full manufacturing traceability throughout. As part of our commitment to Total Quality Management we have also developed our own software systems to control the entire manufacturing process efficiently and effectively.
