Doncaster Laser Logistics has been manufacturing laser cut components since 1997. Founded by Managing Director Earl Pinnock and Production Director Darren Stones the company has expanded rapidly, recently moving to larger premises and currently employs 16 members of staff.
Over the years Doncaster Laser Logistics has earned itself a place amongst South Yorkshire’s leading providers of advanced laser cutting solutions. The company has five laser machines, which includes their latest purchase of a LVD Axcel 3015.
Doncaster Laser work with an extensive range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials of varying thicknesses and finishes, serving a range of industries from engineering and fabrication, to architectural and art works. The process is low cost given there are no tooling or clamping costs, therefore producing finished products, ready for use, directly off the machine.
Laser cutting lends itself particularly well to low volume manufacturing, allowing customers to source prototype and bespoke parts at a competitive price. Our rapid laser processing facility gives us the ability to offer short lead times on deliveries plus we have the flexibility to react quickly to any emergency or breakdown work our customers may require.

Whether you’re a new or existing customer our aim is to provide you with an expert service designed to meet the time and delivery scales of your business.
For large scale projects we will provide you with key milestones for the delivery of your goods while for smaller projects we aim to deliver within 3-4 days of your order, subject to current workload which we will advise you on at the time.

- Latest generation software - Automatically nests different part profiles from different jobs on the same sheet which helps us to maximise sheet utilisation & reduce wasted material as well as cutting more than one specific job at the same time. This software coupled with the laser technology we employ helps us offer highly competitive pricing and a genuine value for money metal cutting option.
