Additional protection comes through using three steel shields, all 2mm think, the outer 2 are manufactured in tough stainless steel,the external one being satin polished to give a durable and attractive finish to the lock system. The innermost shield is manufactured from armour-plated steel which acts as a hidden barrier. The whole assembly is secured within the door panel by two bolts and special high duty locking nuts.
That's a total thickness of 6mm of tough and weatherproof andti-drill steel.

Newly announced is a "deadlock" version of its long standing and proven Toughlock vehicle security systems, for all doors on panel vans. Dead locks are used as commercial van door locks & truck locks as they provide exceptional level of security. Dead locks have a single dead bolt that is locked & unlocked with a master key. Fitted with a 13mm stainless steel pin with a 55mm throw. Ideally used as sliding truck door locks.
