Boiler Servicing & Land Lords Gas Safety Certificates

All boilers should be regularly serviced every 12 months. Failure to service boilers can lead to breakdown and sometimes expensive repairs are required. No boiler should be left un-serviced for a period exceeding 12 months as this can create a very dangerous situation. Only regular servicing will keep the boiler functioning efficiently and safely. Servicing allows the gas engineer to fully inspect the boiler and make repairs where necessary.

Home Buyers Drainage Surveys

Surveyors highly recommend home buyers to have a home buyers drainage survey completed prior to purchase / exchange of contracts. Drainage defects are not covered in bricks and mortar policies if drains are defect prior to purchase. This applies to domestic and commercial properties.
