Our professionally prepared Floor plans are measured to the highest industry standards and are compliant with guidelines for measurement including the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.

All Floor Plans are surveyed and drawn to scale in AutoCAD and can be supplied in a variety of file formats to suit your individual requirements, such as PDF, JPEG, GIF, CAD, DWG and paper prints if required.

We specialise in Lease Plans for Residential, Commercial and Retail purposes. All our plans are in full compliance with Land Registry requirements and are prepared following a site measured survey. We can also prepare Lease plans from your own supplied information but can not quaranty the accuracy.

Land Registry compliant Plans are now imperative, as the Land Registry will simply reject an application if the Lease plan does not comply. Our floor plans are drawn to the correct scale, include the property demise in Red as well as inclusion of a Ordnance Survey location plan.
