Gravity roller
New and Reconditioned Gravity Roller Conveyors from Light Duty to Heavy Duty Steel, any width available, from stock or manufactured to suit customers requirements.
We also supply Gravity Roller Bends, Gate Sections, Turntable Units, Pop-Up Transfers and Adjustable Height Supports.

Horizontal belt
BTN Conveyors Ltd manufacture our own range of New and Reconditioned Belt Conveyors, in mild steel or Food quality Stainless Steel. Our standard range starts at 150mm wide, up to 1000mm wide belt, if a wider Conveyor is required, we offer a range of Multi Belt Conveyors. Also we stock a large range of Second-Hand Belt Conveyors that can be reconditioned and modified, if required, to meet our customers needs.

Inclined belt
Inclined Belt Conveyors come in a variety of designs, to suit the customer's requirements. BTN can offer Mezzanine Floor Inclined Conveyors, Interfloor Conveyors and Flighted Incline Conveyors, either static or mobile.

Powered roller conveyors
New or Reconditioned Powered Roller Conveyors, available from stock or manufactured to suit your requirements. BTN carry a large quantity of Second-Hand Powered Accumulating Lineshaft Conveyors, Bends, Gates and Adjustable Supports.
We manufacture and design Chain Driven Powered Roller Conveyors and Contra Rotating Powered Roller Conveyors.

Modular belt and plastic slat conveyors
Many of our customers are changing from traditional standard Belt Conveyors to Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors. These Conveyors offer a more flexible approach to the conveyance of products. Modular Belt Conveyors can be designed to incorporate straight sections with curves, all driven from one drive unit. an advantage of this type of conveyor is that it does not need belt tracking.
We are able to offer the complete solution to your conveyor requirement using new and reconditioned conveyor equipment.
