Martello Plastics are GRP moulders producing high quality fibreglass mouldings and GRP (glass reinforced plastic)products.We can produce one off bespoke fibreglass mouldings or production runs of GRP mouldings based on your requirements and specifications. GRP Mouldings
GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) is such an immensely versatile material which can be used to form complex shapes or appearances.
It is both non corrosive and non conductive when manufactured to fire rating class 0/1 complying with BS476. It is therefore the ideal composite to engineer a range of housings for electrical equipment.

Fibreglass, the more recognised phrase for GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) is the ideal versatile material to manufacture complex shapes and sizes that are lightweight but sturdy.
Fibreglass Tubes
Sewage aerator tubes manufactured with chemical resistant resins for the water industry. All our fibreglass products can be manufactured using either general purpose, fire retardant or chemical resistant resins.

Panels can be formed in sheets, corrugated sheets or canopy sheets to suit customer or drawing specifications.

Lifejacket Cabinets
These were made specifically for passenger ships. Ideal in sea conditions where the fibreglass will not be affected by extreme weather and again no maintenance required.

We have accumulated knowledge to specialise in underground electrical jointing boxes, water tanks for road sweepers, internal vehicle linings for the automotive industry, using various types of resin from standard lay up resins to BS476 Class 0/Class 1 fire retardant. We also are approved MOD contractors & have achieved Quality status ISO 9001 since 1991 and therefore adhere to the latest standards of quality assurance with inspections from Quality Assessors, recognized by the Government and UKAS accredited.
We cover the South East, Kent ,South London, Thanet, Sussex, Medway but can supply goods across the UK.
