WaveTame Technologies are specialist UK manufacturers of EMI/RFI shielding and thermal interface products. They are experts in the design and manufacture of RFI shielding gaskets and components to effectively control radio frequency emissions (EMI / RFI / EMC Shielding) and also Thermal Interface products to manage Thermal dissipation in electronic applications.

WaveTame Technologies produce oriented wires in silicone. Aluminium wire and Monel wire embedded in solid or sponge silicone and solid fluorosilicone with PSA Adhesive Coating available. Related materials include woven aluminium mesh impregnated with silicone or fluorosilicone or expanded Monel mesh impregnated with silicone.

Our oriented wires in silicone can be supplied as sheets, die cut parts, connector gaskets (MIL 38999 and D-sub) and custom made gaskets.

Their RFI / EMI screening and shielding components are cast, laminated and have can have edge bonded windows in polycarbonate, glass and acrylic with gaskets to suit.

Screening meshes are available in blackened copper, stainless steel or plain copper. Honeycomb vents are available in aluminium, alochrom 1000, 1200 and RoHS compliant finishes are also available. All come with gaskets to suit.

They offer Nickel / Copper plated polyester fabric over foam. Our UL94 V0 flame retardant version is available in many profiles. They also offer Ripstop, Taffeta, Spunwoven fabrics over foam, or as sheet or tape, with or without PSA adhesive.

Metal Foil Tapes can be in Copper, Aluminium, Tin Plated Copper, Nickel and Lead plus Masking Foil Tapes for paint and powder coat finishing applications. Electrically conductive or non conductive PSA adhesive is available.
