PD Components Ltd - Investment Casting - PCB Sub-Assembly

We provide comprehensive and leading component sourcing and manufacture services. We manufacture high-quality, bespoke components from the Far East and other global sources.

We have particular expertise with investment casting. Further to investment casting, we also provide castings of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys by precision sand. We produce components in a wide variety metals including stainless steel, aluminium, zinc and zinc alloys.

Further to our castings expertise, we also provide numerous electronics services such as PCB sub-assembly. As well as PCB sub-assembly, wiring assemblies and enclosures are also supplied.

We produce PCB sub-assemblies and related components using both conventional mount and surface mount devices or a combination of both. We provide components individually or assembled including simple mechanical sub-assembly through to electronics integration and testing.

We also have significant expertise with the design and production of extrusions such as aluminium extrusions. Traditionally used for decorative or structural parts, our aluminium extrusions are supplied to meet the most unique and complex requirements. We also supply plastic extrusions.

As well as aluminium extrusions, we also provide heat sinks in aluminium with or without embedded copper. Certain heat sinks can be extruded entirely in copper.

We provide solutions for all of your machining needs. Our comprehensive service includes high speed CNC machining.

We utilise the latest technology using high speed CNC machining from solid material billets to ensure a fast turnaround. The majority of these CNC machined parts may be supplied from the Far East where volumes demand.

We are design engineering consultants providing professional bespoke solutions such as 3D CAD design services. With our 3D CAD design and related services, we will take your concept or idea and work with you to realise your vision.

As well as 3D CAD design, we provide:

We offer prototyping of the design and we are one of only a few design consultancies who manufacture the product and components in medium to high volumes.
