Semiconductor Technologies

With our extension to these suppliers and active field based engineers we offer the widest microlithography support network in the UK & Ireland.

The Packaging and Finishing Technologies division develops and delivers innovative materials and surface finishing processes for use in electronic and industrial applications worldwide.
Rohm and Haas is the leading global supplier of world-class precious metal and solderable plating processes for connector, passive device, lead frame and advanced packaging applications.
In addition, it offers finishes for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. These processes range from continuous strip steel and wire plating with tin and tin lead to plating on plastics for automotive, plumbing and packaging applications
Electroless nickel coatings for wear and corrosion protection and decorative precious metal coatings complete the product range.
Ronovel CS-200 - High Speed Gold Plating Process.
The Ronovel CS-200 process is a mildly acidic cobalt-alloyed gold plating process based upon completely novel technology and represents a new era of acid hard gold in which the maximum current density applicable before the onset of burning is increased remarkably. Characteristics:
- Wide current density area
- Reducing "bleed" plating under masked areas
- Simple to operate and easy to control
Ronovel HTN - Versatile Nickel Alloyed Gold.
Ronovel HTN is a mildly acidic nickel-alloyed gold plating process designed to provide increased solution current loading due to the high solution conductivity. The incorporation of Ronovel HTN Booster increases the maximum current density attainable before the onset of burning. Other important features, in addition to increased plating speed, are reduced porosity, improved wear.

Following our successful move to our new premises we are now able to offer our customers new & old the chance to purchase the range of solvents, acids & specialist etchants from stock.
We believe these additional products will compliment our existing range of specialist chemicals from to Dow Electronic Materials & Micro Chem Corp.
