EMW torches: The advantage of quality

These gas and liquid-cooled MIG/MAG welding torches are part of our integrated system. They are coordinated with all other EWM components, and this combination ensures that the full performance capability of the power sources goes into the welding process. Extreme robustness and durability reduce wear and the cost of spare parts. The separate shielding gas guide reduces gas losses to a considerable extent, reducing consumption and avoiding process problems. Lifecycle costs are comparatively low, which makes for rapid amortisation.

EWM premium quality: Welding consumables – the logical consequence

With solid and cored wire electrodes, stick electrodes and welding rods, we cover everything that a welder needs to do his work. All welding consumables are optimally coordinated with the EWM welding machines, and therefore contribute to achieving a perfect welding result.

Perfect quality is matter of course as far as we are concerned: the welding consumables are manufactured according to defined specifications and are subject to stringent quality assurance. Each individual batch is thoroughly analysed and examined in detail in sample weldings.

Surface Treatment

EWM offers you everything you need for the cleaning of the weld seam of high-alloy steel. From Powercleaner, our professional seam cleaning system with latest inverter technology, to cleaning sets to cleaning felts and fabric caps.

Even labelling sets, labelling electrolytes and labelling printers can be ordered directly from us, in line with the motto “Everything from one source”. It goes without saying that all necessary Powercleaner spare parts are included in our surface treatment overall package.
