Container Products Ltd offer a complete in-house range of services in the Export Packaging / Export. From the manufacture of bespoke cases/crates or cartons, to export packing in accordance with BS1133 section 8.

Packing Cases

We produce high quality plywood and timber packing cases. Our packing cases are constructed inline with the regulations for sea and air freight.

We can manufacture any size and design of packing cases. Our packing cases can be polythene and tarpaper lined. We also offer loose or fixed timber inserts for inside the packing cases to secure the contents.

Wooden Crates

Our wooden crates can be loaded anywhere in the country and we can arrange load containers. Our containers are general purpose box type, the cargo is loaded from the end, able to carry tall or hard to load items.

Before we start all the items are assessed so all space is utilised with-in the container, doing this enables us to choose the best container for the job in hand.

Freight Forwarding

Freight Forwarding can be arranged.

We are a manufacturer of high quality timber and plywood cases and crates for sea or airfreight, size can be made to a customer requirements as one off's or batch consignments. We also cover special requirements such as polythene or tarpaper lined cases. Loose timber or fix timber can be designed to secure any item being packed.

Corrugated Cartons

We convert cardboard with our Auto box maker utilising a powerful micro controller to reduce the effort of calculation and keep set-up time to a minimum. Virtually all styles of boxes can be made and many are pre-programmed requiring only the internal dimensions to be entered.

Cartons

Small to medium runs in any size, ideal if goods are light or fragile, manufactured in high quality single or double fluted board.
Corrugated cartons are offered along side our regular wooden products as part of our single source services.
