Screencraft were formed over 25 years ago and have grown an outstanding reputation for being able to provide a complete and quality service in the manufacture of enclosures and printed panels for the electronics industry. Our services include the manufacture of fascias and overlays, nameplates, membrane keypads, plastic and metal labels, and sheet metal enclosures. 

Screencraft use innovative equipment and in doing so are able to create quality products from start to finish. Our facilities include CAD for artwork, screen process printing; platen cutting and embossing we also provide CNC punching, plating, and stove enamelling and powder coating.

Our products are ideal for the medical, electronics, marine, security, aerospace, audio, and broadcast industry sectors.

 

We produce precision sheet metalwork for enclosures, aluminium panels and components and 19 inch rack panels. We create our precision sheet metalwork with tools and jigs and the latest CNC machining, laser cutting and punching.

We can supply small and large volumes and finish all components to a high, professional level.
 

We supply a range of self adhesive labels, decals and self adhesive stickers. We also offer plastic stickers and adhesive domed lables in aluminium, stainless steel and anodised aluminium.

We also supply consecutive numbered self adhesive labels. 

We can create extremely durable and functional graphic overlays and fascias. The use of graphic overlays gives attractively aesthetic graphics and finishes applied to fascias and control panels.

We can produce polycarbonate overlays, self-adhesive overlays to suit a range of specifications and to exact measurements. They are ideal for graphic overlays on keypads and on machinery interfaces.

We supply quality silk screen printing to suit all your needs and requirements. We can produce silk screen printing for name plates and fascia panels.

We also create silk screen printing for labels and screen printed graphic overlays.

Our durable, anodised nameplates are corrosion resistant and complete in a quality finish. Anodised nameplates and fascia panels can also be supplied in aluminium.

Anodised aluminium is finished by being bead blasted, brushed, polished and printed. We can create nameplates to your precise requirements. 

Our membrane touch switches are durable. They have a long life even with repeated use and finished with high-quality printing.

We have extensive experience in the manufacture of membrane touch switches and switch panels and flexible graphic overlays in any combinations of texture, shape and sizes.

Our product finishes include powder coating, stove enamelling and wet spray. Our stove enamelling products finishes include stoving metallic, stoving hammer and low temperature acrylic.

We also offer powder coatings in a range of textures and gloss, plastilac coatings, RFI shielding, high temperature epoxy stove enamelling and gloss clear lacquer.

We produce outstanding alocrom plating in aluminium.

Our alocrom plating is done on our Alocrom 100, Alocrom 1200 and Alocrom 1000.

Our selection of specialist finishes includes stoving paints for aluminium products, stoving paints, full gloss stoving finishes, and air drying finishes.

We also produce specialist finishes like stoving hammer finishes, two pack zinc chromate primer, aerospace paint finish, and aerospace fungus resistant varnish.

We also produce a variety of braille products for a range of industry areas.

Our braille products include braille signs, cheque books and braille phone cards.

Our design service will take your venture and project from initial conception right through to completion. It all happens in our in-house facilities.

Our design services will aid the design and visualisation of your product prior to final manufacture.

We offer prototype production for a range of sectors and create exact prototypes of your components or fascias. Our prototype production can manufacture prototype trims and prototype instrument and control panels finished to an exceptional finish.

We can produce prototypes ready to view prior to any final production runs.
