FANUC Robotics develops and builds the most reliable robots in the world, this provides our customers with an expected 99.99% robot uptime. As with any other equipment, accidental damage, or many thousands of hours in production, will mean that at some time critical parts will need to be replaced. To ensure there is minimum production downtime, FANUC Robotics can offer you 24/7 support for your robot.

FANUC Robotics can offer these services in any of our standard service agreements. Breakdown Support agreements, can also be combined with any of our standard Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts, or Predictive Maintenance agreements.

By carrying out regular planned maintenance your equipment will last longer, reducing costly downtime.

FANUC Robotics offers a wide range of standard and customised maintenance contracts. Our contract duration is typically between 3 and 5 years with maintenance being performed at least once per year depending on your application and work environment.

Our service department will be happy to discuss your robot application with you to determine the best maintenance schedule to suit your requirements.

From cycle time evaluations to programming a new component or re-engineering your complete robot work cell to improve product flow and efficiency. Even helping you make an informed decision as to ether refurbishing your old FANUC Robot or upgrading it to a new one (i.e. Removing your old robot, regardless of manufacturer, and replacing it with a new and more efficient FANUC Robot). We have the process knowledge within FANUC Robotics to be able to handle all your production requirements. No one understands better how to make FANUC Robots work more productivly and efficiently than FANUC Robotics.

As with all equipment there may be a need for replacement parts. Even when equipment is well maintained, damage may result from faulty operation, accident or general wear and tear. However, holding spare parts in your inventory is not the only solution, which is why our service also includes a comprehensive range of parts options.

We can supply a one off replacement spare part, or a complete program to provide regular maintenance or emergency repair. Whether you want to find a single spare part, build your own stock, or want to develop a personalised program, our experienced staff are there to help.

We offer more than 30 different courses ranging from Teach Pendant Operators to Advanced Maintenance as well as application specific training. We have 8 training facilities located in Europe with modern and well equipped laboratories designed to meet your needs. FANUC Robotic's trainers are higly experienced and dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible training course.
