All Membrane Keypad assemblies are completed in a clean room environment (BS5295) and can incorporate a variety of sub panel materials including aluminium, plastic and stainless steel.

To ensure customer satisfaction, specialised equipment is utilised to fully test every component. The results of these functional tests are supplied with all Membrane Keypads.

Graphic Overlays - Colour Matching

Fully computerised colour systems provide accurate formulation of any company's colour scheme, including logos, and guarantees total consistency over a series of Graphic Overlay production runs.

Any colour can be reproduced whether it is a standard (i.e. Pantone / RAL etc) or a corporate hybrid. Only the highest quality inks are used, supplied by SunChemical. All Graphic Overlays can be supplied with metal or plastic sub-panels as specified.

Self Adhesive Liquid Graphics

Liquid Graphics are domed graphics that are either screen printed, digitally printed or CAD cut. They are often used for signage as these self-adhesive graphics provide the appearance that they have been written in liquid.

Fascia’s Liquid Graphics are manufactured from an extensive range of vinyl’s and polyesters, including mirror silver, gold and metallic. Again, a selection of PVC and Polycarbonates are available.

Weather Resistant Domed Labels

Liquid Domed Labels from Fascia Graphics® are an ideal branding and identification solution. They are appropriate for outdoor use as they are weather resistant, and if required, they can also adhere to products with gentle curves. 

By utilising a crystal clear polyurethane doming process, self-adhesive labels can be transformed into eye-catching, tough, highly tactile 3D images.

Manufactured to almost any size or shape, our domed labels and emblems are either screen or digitally printed. We use high quality vinyl and polyester in a wide range of finishes including mirror silver, gold or metallic to manufacture domed graphics of most types. We also offer a selection of PVC and Polycarbonates.

Fascia Graphics® has a full in-house computerised balanced colour matching system, which has all colours stored along with a dry sample that is used for colour consistency and repeatability.

This computerised system provides us with the capability to reproduce any colour on almost any substrate, whether it is a standard (i.e. pantone/RAL etc.) or a corporate hybrid.

In addition to this, we are able to offer UV Technology where the consistency of more than one job on a unit is critical and we can also offer Phosphorescent and Metallic blends if required.

Through our close and long-term relationship with SunChemical, all our in-house ink mixers have been trained to market leading standards and when required, we have direct access to full technical support from SunChemical. To ensure consistency all inks are checked in a D65 light box.

At Fascia Graphics® as a matter of course 100% inspection is carried out on all Membrane Keypads and delivered to our customers with test results attached. Our thorough testing procedures also include switch actuation/life testing and all circuits are tested during the print run to ensure that the current is constant throughout the batch.

In addition to this, and to ensure the highest quality standards, back-ups are taken of the system every night and serial numbers are added to all Membrane Keypads for trace ability.

The Fascia Graphics® printed graphic design department is fully equipped with the latest Apple Mac and PC based technology, and we carry the most up to date software to ensure data compatibility and electronic transfer of files.

Our design department provides full in-house image setting facilities and we can also offer our customers an on-site design option, which can include technical assistance in regards to the design of your product e.g. fonts, screen print compatibilities etc.

We can receive a variety of digital files, but In preference we would like to take the following files formats: .ai (adobe illustrator), .pdf (portable document folder), .cdr (CorelDraw), .fh (Freehand), .eps(editable).Please note that we only receive.dxf and .dwg files as long as the .dxf and .dwg are not saved as V2000 and are downgraded to at least V12.

Please note that files we can take but are uneditable i.e. we have to trace over are:

.tiff, .gif, .jpeg, .phs, .bmp, .eps.

Our experienced R&D Engineers research the latest techniques and materials to ensure our customers receive the latest solutions on the market. For instance, we were one of the first in the industry to manufacture Graphic Overlays and Membrane Keypads that inhibit the growth of potentially harmful bacteria, mould and mildew. This product has already been used widely by our medical and catering customers. Project work also includes Integral LED’s & EL (Electro Luminescent) Panels.

In addition to this, our process improvement team continues to look for new ways to manufacture parts and changes to our print and operating systems that will further improve our flexibility to turn around orders quickly.
