Primarily supplying Goyen Controls & Mecair S.r.l. reverse pulse jet filter cleaning equipment, Filtration Solutions offers a variety of components to suit a wide range of dust filter systems and applications.

Filtration Solutions offer a detailed on-site filter inspection and LEV air testing facility of dust & fume extraction systems to determine their operational effectiveness and suitability for the process.

This service includes a full mechanical inspection including filter media, filter cleaning system and dust discharge checks, filtration velocity status check , filter media static pressure test, a series of LEV air tests at key points of the process and a full written report outlining our findings, comments and recommendations.  

Filtration Solutions also offer a complete design, supply and installation service of dust and fume control equipment to suit the requirements of the process and the clients specific needs.

This service includes an initial design consultation followed by the supply and installation of new or fully refurbished filter units together with all necessary ducting, hoods & supports and fully commissioned.

BBD6 Broken Bag Detector:

The BBD6 broken bag detector utilises AC coupled triboelectric technology to continuously monitor for dust filter media leakage, while offering an indication of the relative condition of the filter bags and acting as a preventitive maintenance tool.   Each unit is supplied complete with:

LEV Air Testing & Reporting

Regulation 9 of COSHH requires that any control measure taken to comply with regulation 7 must be maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order, good repair, in clean condition.  In addition, each LEV system be examined and tested at least once every 14 months, subject to the process and dust being generated.
 
In order to comply with the regulations, Filtration Solutions offer a detailed on-site inspection of the existing dust extraction system to determine the operational effectiveness and suitability for the process. Perform a series of LEV air tests of the system including velocity, flow, static pressure and differential pressure readings at key points of the process. Provide a full and detailed report of findings, including recommendations, comments and any remedial action required.

Filter Servicing

With demands on industry to improve efficiencies and reduce costs more evident than ever before, a consequence is that the number of skilled maintenance engineers within companies are reducing.  The result of this, is a shortage of skilled engineers necessary to perform the day to day demands of dust control maintenance and an increasing need to sub contract this work.

Filtration Solutions offer a proffesional filter service support facility using a team of highly experienced dust control engineers.  Included with this service is a full mechanical inspection of the existing equipment to determine its operational efficiency and report (carry out where required) any remedial work necessary to return the unit to a satisfactory operating condition.
