Quantum Precision Engineering is a specialist turned parts manufacturer.
Our state of the art CNC sliding head machines incorporate four axis and up to nine live tools on two head stock working spindles. The fixed head lathes incorporate sub spindles and live tooling. Such equipment enables even the most complex components to be produced efficiently and economically without the need for secondary operations. Our team are very focused on cost reducing, one hit and lights out machining, wherever possible.
We offer capacity on:-
Sliding heads - 1mm to 32mm Diameter and up to 28mm hex, all sizes up to 1500mm in length
Fixed heads - 7mm to 62mm Diameter and up to 54mm hex, all sizes up to 150mm in length
Machine centre - 500mm Bed with 3 axis machining
Second operations - Drilling, Tapping, Milling and Assembly
