LML Products Ltd manufactures customised solid copper busbars, flexible copper Connectors, coils, pressings, links, heat sinks, coolers, machined parts and earth bars. We also manufacture a wide range of Copper tube terminals and lugs, crimp tools and dyes.
Solid copper busbars can have simple or complex configurations, according to customer specification. They can also be manufactured in cuponal, aluminium and brass. Powder coating insulation and a range of sleeving products are also available. Flexible copper connectors include laminated copper busbars made from multiple laminations of thin copper sheet. Braided connectors are produced from flat stranded copper braid in a natural or tinned finish. Lead assemblies are produced from round construction copper cables in a natural or tinned finish, with numerous end termination alternatives.
Terminals and lugs, covering standard sizes and specials, are manufactured from seamless copper tube and feature bell mouth entry up to 500mm² and chamfered entry from 500mm² to 1000mm². All terminals and lugs are fully annealed to avoid cracking and splitting when crimped.
We have our own in-house electroplating plant offering bright tin, nickel and silver options. LML Products Ltd can offer you excellent service and quality products to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
