LINER PRODUCTS
Belgrade Polymer Products are the sole manufacturer of vacuum formed drum liner, pail liners and ink well liners in the UK.
Our range of seamless Polypropylene and Low Density Polyethylene lines could be the solution for reducing.

Liners can be supplied to a number of specification such as food grade, anti static or with good solvent resistant properties.
To support our range of vacuum formed liners Belgrade Polymer Products can also supply. Welded liners for tight head drums (BIBA) and open top drums. Vats liners & bespoke containers liners, weather lids for O/T and T/H drums and a user friendly clip on vacuum formed lid for metal pails for in house use.

Ongoing investment in modern forming, routing and development equipment means Belgrade Polymer Products can offer an all round complete vacuum forming service.
Our forming machines range from automatic sheet fed 2 mtr x 1.5 mtr down to a small manually operated .6 x .6 machine.
A 5 - axis router is used for trimming the more complex formings.
Our in house development team use CAD and can work with and advise you on the development and selection of materials for your own projects.
