In addition to aluminium casting,  we offer aluminium alloy casting in zinc-aluminium and other alloys.

The aluminium and other non ferrous metal alloys used most commonly are detailed below. In addition the foundry does acquire zinc and copper based material alloys.

CNC machinist capabilities on site, including cnc milling, cnc lathe turning, supplying as cast or fully machined.

The machining resource includes

  • Lathes
  • Vertical and horizontal mills.
  • CAD/CAM is used to manufacture using solid models both for patterns/dies or finished machined castings.
  • Parts can be plated or painted to provide a complete service.
  • Offering the company’s capability of the tooling to be made in house wherever possible.
