ACF-Gaskets stock a large selection of raw and cured rubbers and sheet materials, including Silicone, Viton, EPDM, Natural, Neoprene and Nitrile as well as a wide selection of silicone and rubber sponges and foams. Cutting or stamping production methods can be a very cost effective way to manufacturer gaskets, spacers and washers from sheet material. Recent investment in press technology has made ACF Gaskets one of the most competitive gasket cutters in the UK. Our Gasket cutters can produce items from a wide range of rubber, sponges and corks, with short lead times and full lot traceability.

To ensure we supply you with precision gaskets, we use laser cut gasket tools. Due to the method of tooling manufacture, we are able to offer very rapid tool turnarounds at very competitive prices.

Silicone Rubber Gaskets

 

ACF Gaskets manufacture high temperature gaskets and seal in a range of Vitons® (DuPont Fluorocarbons) , Fluorosilicone materials and Heat Stabilised Silicones. Either these can be manufactured using gasket cutters or if you have a custom shape ‘O’ section seal, the gasket can be moulded to your requirements. This is a very popular option with engine and gearbox manufacturers who require O ring seals to follow a machined channel. ACF Gaskets are also specialist rubber compression and injection rubber moulders. With over 30 rubber production presses in-house, ACF Gaskets are able to manufacture a very wide range of rubber mouldings including custom moulded rubber gaskets and rubber grommets in both very small quantities and mass production. ACF Gaskets can manufacture rubber moulding up to a 1 meter long and 0.8 meters wide, with items ranging in size from 0.1 grams to 5kg. The rubber moulding side of the business provides ACF Gaskets with the means to be one of the highest Precision Gasket Manufacturers in the market.

ACF gaskets have a standard range of moulded rubber retainer straps and battery straps with stainless steal looped buckle ends. The standard retainer straps are moulded in Natural Rubber or Neoprene Rubber in the following sizes.

  • 9.0 in / 230 mm Rubber Strap
