Nor-Cal Products stocks a complete selection of stainless steel vacuum fore-line and pump-line hardware.  We offer in excess of 2,500 standard flanges, fittings, adapters and transitions, and have the ability to provide value added, custom designed vacuum-line assemblies in a variety of configurations and sizes.  In addition pump-line management solution products aimed at controlling or eliminating troublesome contamination build-up further complete Nor-Cals offering in this area.  This diverse segment of products and associated manufacturing capabilities include:

Nor-Cal Products has earned a reputation as a world-class manufacturer of high and ultra-high vacuum chambers. The quality, appearance and performance of our chambers are unequalled. We supply one-off chambers designed from customer specifications for university or national laboratory research projects, as well as production quantity chambers that are built-to-print for equipment manufacturers. Thin-film deposition and compound semiconductor processing are common applications for our high-vacuum, O-ring sealed chambers that commonly operate at pressures down to 1x10-9 Torr. Vacuum fired 316L material and metal seals are recommended for ultrahigh vacuum surface science chambers that operate at pressures in the 1x10-11 Torr range. Nor-Cal’s Vacuum Chamber and UHV Accessory offering includes:
