Solar Control Film!

Safety Film

Gives the glass a shatter resistant membrane to hold the glass together in the event of accidental breakage. The 100 micron safety film is used to upgrade your existing glass to BS6206 Class B as part of the Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations (Regulation 14) for any areas of glass that are deemed to be at risk including doors, side panels and low level areas.

Manifestation and Graphics

Another part of the Workplace Health Safety and Welfare Regulations is to have large areas of glazing and doors appropriately marked to reduce the risk of people and children walking into it. This can be achieved by having manifestation marking such as dots on the glass or in the form of a company graphic. This can be manufactured in a material to give an acid etched appearance to the glass.

Fade (UV) Reduction

The biggest cause of fading is UV from the sun’s rays. A clear film can be applied to your glass that will reduce UV by up to 99% and thus dramatically reduce the amount of fading, prolonging the life of furnishings and fabrics.
