We are your one-stop-shop and single source for all fabrication requirements including comprehensive, professional and leading CNC laser cutting services.

We have two CNC laser cutting machines with a third machine coming this August; the Trumpf L3030 laser profiling machine. We offer very quick turn around on metal components from prototype work to large volume production batches.

Our vast array of fabrication services includes metal pressing forming. All of our metal pressing forming machines are operated by highly skilled engineers, capable of working to close tolerances on either high volume batch quantities or single item components.

Our capabilities include the utilisation of:

• Two Bystronic Beyeler PR150 IPC with four Meter Folding Capacity
• A 60 ton Brake Press (Adira) With a CNC Twin Axis control
• A 3mtr x 120 ton Brake Press (Mebusa)

Our vast range of fabrication services include punching via a top of the range CNC turret punch. As well as the CNC turret punch, we also use a manual punch for small batch components or jobbing contracts.

Our CNC turret punch is capable of producing perforations and punched shapes from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium at a very cost-effective rate.
