Further enhancing our standing and range of services in the pipework fabrication sector, we have made significant investment to facilitate our new range of pipework helical coiling and specialist pipework bending services. We have a collection of coiling machines and are able to coil many different grades of pipework ranging from carbon steel to duplex with sizes varying from 1/4" to 4" nominal bore. We are able to process requirements for tight radii, close pitched or complex plans including pancake pipework coils.

Our specialist pipework fabrication is carried our in line with the CSWIP scheme. It is an internationally recognised scheme for the certification competence of our inspection personnel. It is accredited as meeting the requirements of European Standards EN 45013, EN 473 and international standard ISO 9712.

The visual weld examination to CSWIP scheme offers three levels of certification specific to industry sectors and NDT methods.
