Established in 1974, we have progressed as a compact and proficient pipework fabrication and plant installation business. Since then the business was incorporated as a Limited company in 1994 and has continued to grow and serve its clients needs with a safe, flexible, efficient and professional workforce.

Welding personnel are coded to suit the customer’s requirements, generally with procedures in place to undertake manufacturing of stainless, carbon, super duplex, hastelloy, inconel etc to construction codes such as ASME, ANSI B31.1, power piping, NACE and ANSI B31.3, chemical plant and petroleum refinery piping.

Size ranges from " to 96" with up to 2" wall thickness.

Pipework Design and Pipework Fabrication and Installation services are available suiting many different operational and process requirements.

• Full in house capability of providing a quality, cost effective off site pipework fabrication,
• Onsite pipework fabrication and installation service utilising a variety of different materials.

Pipework fabrication and installation can be undertaken in a number of materials to meet the specific needs of the customer:

Post Weld Heat Treatment, Painting, Cleaning, Galvanising, Radiological & hydrostatic/gaseous testing & inspection operations can be undertaken and pipework thermally insulated and/or electric traced following installation.

We are also able to offer full guidance on material specification and offer assistance in designing pipe routes, support requirements and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) implications/management. We have full in house capability to produce detailed piping isometric drawings and can carry out full turnkey piping solutions should it be required.

Document Preparation - process descriptions, P&IDs, layout drawings, operational instructions, control philosophies HAZOP Study - Production of action documentation, action tracking/recording procedures, organise and lead follow up meetings commissioning including pre-commissioning of equipment is critical for the successful conclusion of a project.

Our approach to this aspect of the work is that the Commissioning Engineer will usually have been a senior member of the Design Team throughout the pipework project life cycle, design, fabrication, installation.

Further enhancing our standing and range of services in the pipework fabrication sector, we can now announce that we have made significant investment to facilitate our new range of pipework coiling services and specialist bending. We have a number of Coiling Machines and are able to coil many different grades of pipework ranging from Carbon Steel to Duplex with sizes varying from 1/4" to 4" nominal bore. We are able to process requirements for tight radii, close pitched or complex plans including pancake pipework coils.

Visual Weld Examination to CSWIP Level 2.

The CSWIP Scheme, an internationally recognised scheme, for the certification competence of our inspection personnel and is accredited as meeting the requirements of European Standards EN 45013, EN 473 and international standard ISO 9712.

The scheme offers three levels of certification specific to industry sectors and NDT methods.

In addition to our "In-House" fabrication services we are also a specialist supplier of recruitment and project staffing services to the global oil and gas, energy and complex process industries.

We combine our significant experience and knowledge of welding procedures and quality requirements in providing international welding and fabrication tradesmen to all areas of the world. We can react quickly to requirements and provide the most appropriate solution to a wide range of global customers.

We deliver excellence and high quality Welders coded in all positions in accordance with ASME, EN, NACE etc.

Whilst we operate from Offices in the United Kingdom we have direct access to highly Welders in Poland, Ukraine and India etc and have supplied personnel to projects undertaken all over the world.
