We provide an extensive selection of RF welding solutions and high frequency welding tools. We equip a range of industrial sectors with our high frequency welding tools including areas such as medical, packaging and inflatables.

Our 40 years of experience has meant industries producing protective equipment and the automotive sector have been coming to us to provide exceptional service and tooling. 

We have an extensive in-house research and development team to head our CAD design facilities. Our CAD design software and hardware is operated by our expert engineers using industry-standard CAD tools.

We have a high-quality, 3D modelling facility available to us for tool and pattern design. We provide a bespoke design service that allows us to create instinctive designs.

We are dedicated to customer feedback at every stage of the design and production process and listening to our clients is vital to creating solutions of exceptional quality. 

We operate with five specialist CNC machining centres. All our CNC machining is linked to CAD software used by our experienced design team.

Our facilities allow us to machine to 2000mm on the X axis, 1100mm on the Y axis and 750mm on the Z axis. All our machining is verified and calibrated to industry standards to ensure quality assurance on all our products.

Premier Tooling Systems allows us to customise and produce a large variety of jigs and fixtures including jabroc intensifiers, vacuum moulding, and cure mandrels for resin moulds,and formers.

We can also provide jigs and fixtures including drill fixtures for the aerospace industry. We can also offer a bespoke checking, bonding, CNC and assembly and machining fixtures. 

We specialise in vacuum forms and solutions using CAD design and CAM systems. We employ temperature controlled units where it is necessary and have the facilities to work with resin, GRP, wood, laminate, modelboard, and cast aluminium.

Our vacuum forms can be machined from solid materials and used for door panels, headgear, packaging and a range of protective equipment for all industry areas.
