We are Thomas Brown Engineering Ltd, a subcontract engineering company located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We specialise in high quality, high precision machined components. We have been delivering quality products to the manufacturing industry, in the UK and abroad for over 25 years. We offer a total subcontract solution and specialise in high precision CNC Turning and CNC Milling.
CNC Machining
We specialise in high precision CNC Turing and CNC Milling. Our CNC Turning department includes our Hardinge VL5 vertical lathes. These auto-feed machines guarantee 100% efficient production due to the automatic load and unload process. Our CNC Milling department houses our new Hardinge 4-axis machines with high performance spindle technology. Our experienced and highly skilled engineers utilise new technology in tooling to maximise the capabilities of these machines.
Subcontract Machining
We are subcontract machining specialists. We conform to ISO9001:2000 and have done so for many years. Our company motto is " Quality & Reliability" as we feel these are the most important elements of the service we provide to our customers. Our dedicated inspection facility houses our Mititoyo Computerised Measuring Machine which allows us to guarantee the accuracy of our components. Quality is an area where we feel we excel and stand apart from our competitors.
Subcontract Engineering
We make high quality, precision made components for various industries including the automotive industry, the defence industry, the oil and gas industry, the food and drink industry, the electronic industry, and the aerospace industry. Our machine shop is equipped with highly skilled, time served engineers and high tech tooling and machinery. We offer full working CAD drawings and experienced technical advice.
