Precast Concrete Horizontal Wall Panels - High quality prestressed concrete wall panels are available to suit a range of applications such as warehouses and retail distribution units, industrial units and as security walling. The panels are supported at their ends by suitable steel columns, the panels rest either on the floor of the building or on landing cleats bolted or welded to the steel column. The wall panels are made to measure and are available in a range of thicknesses and widths to suit the application required.

Prestressed concrete vertical cantilever panels are incorporated into the foundation and provide a clear wall with no above ground steelwork required. Available in two thicknesses, 145mm and 180mm to suit a wide range of applications, this type of panel is frequently used to construct external storage bunkers, above or below ground tanks, soil retaining walls and division walls.

Precast L Shape and Arrow Panels - These precast concrete wall units provide freestanding, portable walling frequently used as division walls in bunkers and storage areas.

Precast Concrete Large Format Wall System - ACP can manufacture these precast panels up to 3.2m high x 10m long with door/window frames cast in. These are ideal for high speed construction of offices, hotels and student accommodation. Can be cast with a boot to provide a base for a brick faced finish or to allow the panel to be bolted down to an existing floor.
