MLFabcuts was established in 2003 by the managing Director, Matthew Levett and has been steadily growing ever since to become a major supplier of profiles in the South East (covering London, Surrey, Sussex & Kent) as it is today.The company originally started with a single CNC waterjet/plasma machine and we now have four large machines giving us Laser, Waterjet, Plasma and Flame Cutting capabilities.

We can offer you profile cutting using a variety of technologies as outlined below:

Water Jet Cutting
Our Water Jet Cutting machine can cut your whole profile from a wide range of materials, such as steel, glass, plastics, timber up to a thickness of 150mm:and a multitude of others. Contact us to see if we can cut your material. All cut edges do not have a heat affected zone making it easier if you need to apply any secondary processes after cutting.

Plasma and Water Jet Cutting
Plasma Cutting allows us to cut thicker materials up to 40mm Thick but still maintain a high speed cut to reduce the costs to you. On the same machine, we have a waterjet head to cope with the finer details up to 200mm that the plasma head cannot achieve. All on the same machine to give you the best of both worlds.

High Definition Plasma cuts up to 50mm thick, cuts stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum with superior quality and consistency and virtually no dross.

Laser Cutting
High Speed cutting combined with excellent edge cut accuracy. We can cut up to 15mm with our laser in mild steel and up to 3mm in Stainless steel and aluminium.

We offer profiling of materials across a broad spectrum of technologies allowing you to choose the characteristics you require from the product. Whether it be high speed thick material cutting offered by the plasma or neat clean non heat affected surfaces given by the waterjet or the accurate and clean cut offered by the laser, we are confident that we can offer you a solution fitting to your need.

We have a state of the art  Water Jet and Plasma profile cutting machine with a bed capacity of 6.2 x 2.5 metres, which is among the largest in the UK.
