We design and manufacture a varierty of hydraulic manifold blocks. From standard to highly specialised manifold blocks, we create basic units as well as manifold blocks that weigh in excess of 2 tonnes. Our manifold blocks are subject to our qualitity management system, and are built with our unrivalled reputation for strength, safety, reliability and performance.

The design, manufacture, installation and servicing of our electro-hydraulic systems, cylinders and manifold blocks have our support in terms of controls technology, systems detailing and PLC / HMI based software amongst other excellent features.

Our innovative industry standard cylinders and project specific cylinders all conform to 'Cetop 58' recommendations and 'ISO 10100 testing' standards and we offer bore sizes from 25 to 750 mm and strokes up to 7.5 metres as well as cushioned and non-cushioned single and double acting forms. Rod, telescopic, spring returned and rotary cylinders are also available from our range complete with seals.

Our power units are all designed, manufactured and tested in-house, so we can ensure they conform to all industry, customer and project specific standards and quality accreditations.

Coming complete with their own individually crafted PLC and HMI based control systems and ranging from a simple 0.5kW gear pump - 5ltr tank unit, to a fully integrated 500kW axial piston pump - 12,000ltr tank system, we offer a reliable and high performing power unit product range offering modern electro-hydraulics at its best.

Our wide selection of standard and highly specialised manifolds covers very small units to blocks that weigh in excess of two tonnes. Logic valve elements, cartridge valves and sub-plate mounted valves are incorporated and our manifolds are all finished in electro less nickel, epoxy paint, or to customer's own specification.

We have a wide expertise in designing and manufacturing special purpose valves and test rigs for a variety of industries and applications. Custom-built valves and test rigs may include hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical valves, hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders and seals designed for the testing, inspection and certification of complete systems.

We have a wealth of proven, global experience in the design, manufacture and installation of integrated hydraulic and electronic control systems. After-sales support including maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and replacement is all part of our committed service for integrated hydraulic and electronic control systems.

At Denley Hydraulics Ltd. as part of our committed service we offer site support, contract labour and system surveys as well as site repairs and plant and equipment repairs. We also undertake validation testing and certification at Denley Hydraulics Ltd. involving third party sourcing and prototype engineering.
