Rotary Lobe Pumps

  1. Designed and certified to meet EHEDG, 3A and FDA standards.
  2. Manufactured from 316L stainless steel.
  3. Crevice free internal contact area.
  4. Front loading mechanical seals.
  5. Bi wing rotors as standard with other forms optional including tri lobe
  6. Fully cleanable in place (CIP) and Sterileable in place. (SIP).
  7. Shaft seals matched to each application.
  8. Port sizes from 1" to 6".
  9. Many standards of end connections - RJT, IDF/ISS, Clamp, DIN 11851, SMS, Danish Standard, flanges etc.
  10. Pumps can be supplied bareshaft or mounted on stainless steel baseplates with drive units to suit individual requirements.

Hygienic Centrifugal Pumps

  1. High efficiency with low power consumption.
  2. Fully hygienic design and CIPable, Certified to EHEDG, 3A and FDA.
  3. Low NPSH requirements.
  4. Low noise.
  5. Easy maintenance.
  6. One size mechanical seal throughout the range.
  7. Single and double mechanical seal options available, with seal face and elastomer options to suit most applications.
  8. Flowrates to 100,000 litre / hour.
  9. Discharge heads to 8 bar.

APV CL, MC, R and DW rotary pumps, Puma, W, W+ and V2 pumps, Alfa Laval – SSP & Ibex, SR, ND, AP and MOG pumps.

Pre owned pumps can be supplied in 'as is' state or refurbished and remanufactured to match exactly to your requirements.
