Our products are specifically designed and tested to work with concrete, aggregates, soil, rock, asphalt, bitumen, cement and mortar. Construction Materials Testing Equipment products range from basic sampling equipment up to microprocessor controlled testing systems and our belief in supplying quality products at affordable prices extends right across our range.

Concrete test compression machines
Impact offers a range of machines for concrete strength testing, suitable for crushing cubes & cylinders, from 1500kN compression machines to 3000kN capacity concrete machines. Concrete test compression machines range from hand operated models, through digital readout units to fully automatic machines.
Concrete Cube Moulds
Concrete Cube Moulds, Cylinder Moulds & Beam Moulds are used for the compressive & flexural strength determination of concrete & cement. Moulds are manufactured to the highest standards to ensure that the specimen cannot deform and dimensions are maintained.
Triaxial Testing
The Triaxial Test measures the mechanical properties of deformable soils such as soil mixtures, sand, clay and gravel mixtures. Impact's triaxial equipment ranges from microprocessor controlled load frames to sample consumables such as membranes and filter paper drains.
Shear Strength
Shear strength measures the resistance of soil particles to movement due to an applied force. Impact supplies Shear Strength Testing equipment including field vanes, laboratory & hand vanes, direct shear apparatus, shearbox assemblies and accessories.
Marshall Test
Marshall Testing measures the stability and flow of samples of bituminous mixtures for roads and other paved areas.
Impact supplies the necessary equipment for mixing and Marshall compaction, together with moulds, Marshall load frames and accessories.
UKAS Calibration
Impact has UKAS accreditation for the calibration of test sieves and also dimensional and force calibrations on applicable testing equipment.
