We were awarded an NLSE e-cat 1 contract with NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency) for the supply of injection moulded mine marker pegs. The contract was awarded on September 7th 2010 and is for a period of five years.

We have and currently supply various companies and industries with injection moulded products.

We manufacture a plastic nail that are the same in design as metal nails. These nails unlike metal nails strengthen in water and do not rust. They can be used in softwood i.e. pine, but not hardwood. Once in wood these nails can be planed down. They are great for holding netting and mesh down in the garden and are easier to find because of the colour than usual nails. They are very good at holding up nesting boxes and bird houses on trees as they strengthen in wet conditions unlike metal nails that rust.

The nails are made out of a plastic material called glass filled polyamide. This material exhibits the following properties:

High stiffness and strength

Dimensional stability and low warpage

Good chemical resistance

75mm - 4.4mm diameter

This revolutionary new product made in the UK fits together like ‘Lego’ and can be supplied with matching edges and corners. It can be cut with a Stanley knife to allow a perfect fit.

It is perfect for wet areas as it is non-slip and hygienic. The blue and yellow versions contain a fungicide that helps stop mould growth. It can be cleaned with a hosepipe or pressure washer.

It is great to stand on and is easier on the legs and feet than normal flooring and is available in the following colours, black, yellow, light blue, dark blue, light grey, dark grey, green, cream, burgundy red and terracotta.

Each tile is 300mm square. Each tile has a 9mm gap on the underside for drainage. There are connectors on two sides of each Versatile to enable them to clip together.

There also matching edges & edges with corners available.
