Insert injection moulding involves the use of moulds produced in-house or from approved Far Eastern suppliers. Delivery time, quality and costs are all factors we take very seriously with our insert injection moulding. Tools made will either be fully hardened for mass production, or made for prototypes and low volume needs.

Rapid prototyping can be extremely useful with many time saving abilities during the design process. Usable, functional and low cost 3D models in ABS are produced on site to assist in the development of new products or changes to existing ones. Full assemblies for rapid prototyping  can be carried out in a matter of days and models produced within 48 hours from receipt of appropriate CAD files, with same day supply a realistic possibility
