We provide comprehensive storage tank inspection utilising Silverwing Floormap VS2i floor scanners and Scorpion dry probe UT crawler systems to provide accurate high speed corrosion mapping of storage tank floors and shells.

In addition to storage tank inspection, our services include a full assessment & recommendations by EEMUA 159, API 653 and API 570 delivering a full turnkey inspection solution of critical assets, RBI projects and data management.
 

We provide pipeline inspection services for above ground insulated, uninsulated and buried pipes. Our pipeline inspection personnel are certified and experienced in applicable NDT methods, procedures, codes and specifications, currently used in the pipeline industry.

Our API 570 certified piping inspectors can provide full inspection reports based on the NDT inspection results including data evaluation and analysis.
 

We provide inspection services for all types of tubular heat exchangers using ECT, RFET, IRIS, MFL & RVI methods utilising the Multi-Scan MS5800.

Our tubular heat exchanger multi-technology system offers the following techniques:

• Magnetic Flux Leakage
• Remote Field
• Near Field (for inspection of fin fan tubing)
• IRIS Ultrasonics

We provide the power generation industry with high speed condenser tube inspection services. The Multi-Scan MS5800 can be used with a probe pusher-puller providing high-speed eddy current condenser tube inspection. This supplies a probe speed of approximately 4m/s during the push cycle and 2m/s during the pull cycle resulting in fast and effective inspection results of a large quantity of tubes per shift.

We provide RFT full-length boiler tube inspections to detect and quantify flaws in the straight and bend sections of the boiler tubing. RFT is a through-wall transmission technique where the magnetic field travels through the tube wall twice, once at the exact location and once at the receiver location.

The boiler tube inspection technique is relatively insensitive to probe lift-off or wobble & can be used to examine very thick tube wall up to 12mm.
