We make our internal oak doors from high quality European oak. We can do a variation of width in the front boards ranging from 4", 6" to 8". Both the ledges & front boards are 20mm thick approx.

We do a variation of fixing methods, often gluing the ledge to the ledge side whilst using rose head nails.
