ATE Programming test applications cover the entire range of Marconi / Aeroflex ATE. We work with manufacturers such as Everett Charles Technology so that we can give you the best test applications possible.

ATE Solutions are also partnered with JTAG Technologies which means we can provide Boundary Scan solutions ATE systems.

ATE Solutions can provide labview programming / solutions and we have a range of test solutions which we have customised including our design using equipment from the leading manufacturers.

ATE Solutions have built up a great deal of experience in relation to pneumatic, mechanical and electronic test solutions.

Our labview programming / solutions can incorporate PXI, GPIB technologies with various operating systems which may include Visual Basic and NI Labview / Teststand.

In partnership with JTAG Technologies we have the ability to provide a comprehensive boundary scan test service. Our service involves Test Vector development with Run Time tools or In-house development to solve capacity problems.

To reduce fixture costs we have a Cassette / Receiver system that does this by utilising low cost cassettes. Our software analyses the results from the JTAG testing, including multiple stations. It can also link into the test and repair station that allows the viewing of results and the entry of repair data.

We exclusively distribute 6TL test systems in the United Kingdom.

6TL test systems offer a range of instruments which can be mounted onto the back of the mass interconnect and thus get rid of the cable, shortening signal paths and will significantly improve performance.

Your 6TL test system can be in-line or stand alone and can include third party instruments and also 6TL are a NI partner.

ATE Solutions are partnered with Aeroflex to bring the customer the Aeroflex 5800 ATE. The Aeroflex 5800 PXI based test system offers, in rack mount; bench or floor options test facilities for in circuit, functional and system test facilities.

The 5800 series has the following features:

ATE Solutions offer quality second user ATE systems and services that will fit your requirements. We have the Marconi (Aeroflex) bench top ATE 511/5300 series which is capable of analogue and digital testing and is extremely powerful and versatile.

As part of our second user ATE systems and services the ATE 511/5300 can be upgraded with a variety of plug-in modules.

All our second user ATE systems and services are supplied with a warranty and are ready to use and fully calibrated. We have a full after sales support service and ongoing maintenance is available if required.
