The rich soil and sun of the Mediterranean gives our olive oils their distinctive colour and flavour to enrich our meals and daily wellbeing. Olive oil originated in Crete and became a synonym of Greek nutrition through the centuries. Cypressa olive oils are made from crushing the olives and then followed by pressing of superior olives, to create mouth-watering aromatic oil. Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fat and vitamin E that contain outstanding health benefits; such as helping protect against heart disease, reduce blood pressure and assist in nourishing hair and skin. Cypressa oils are great for cooking, dressing salads or just on its own with some bread.
