The latest KBA-Metronic Offline Coding System - for feeding cards, cartons and sleeves up to 420mm wide

The udaFORMAXX is a compact, stand alone system which integrates with all the KBAMetronic coding devices, for the offline coding of sleeves, cartons, watch strap bands and bags up to a size of max. 450 x 500 mm.

The udaFORMAXX was designed for integration with a wide range of print systems including ink jet, thermal transfer,
laser, hot stamp. It is used in conjunction with these technologies to produce BBE and use-by dates, prices and contents
information, bar codes and logos, sequential numbering and other variable data. This makes the udaFORMAXX as
flexible as no other system.

The udaFORMAXX also has applications as a counting system for drug leaflets and booklets for pharmaceutical industry. It is
also well suited to addressing and personalization for commercial small format print applications. Easy handling, high reliability and the very attractive cost/performance ratio make the udaFORMAXX to an all-round coding system.

Sleeves are transferred from stack to stack and controlled by a photocell. This separates sleeves as they are fed and is a  system developed inhouse at KBA-Metronic which allows refilling of the unprinted sleeve stack even during the printing process.

Thanks to the integrated control system, the cost effective combination with our hot stamp hpdSYSTEM vario is permitted.

The UDA 150-S was designed for integration with a wide range of print systems including ink jet, thermal transfer, laser,
hot stamp. It is used in conjunction with these technologies to produce BBE and use-by dates, prices and contents information, bar codes and logos, sequential numbering and other variable data.

The UDA also has applications as a counting system for drug leaflets and booklets for pharmaceutical industry. It is also well suited to addressing and personalization for commercial small format print applications. Sleeves are transferred from stack to stack and controlled by a photocell. This separates sleeves as they are fed and is a system developed in-house at  KBAMetronic which allows re-filling of the unprinted sleeve stack even during the printing process. A secondary photocell facilitates precise positioning of prints onto the sleeve or carton.
