We have a range of Zebra desktop thermal printers that are ideal for applications that need reliability, durability and performance to a high standard but in a limited space.

The VRM wraparound labelling system is for applying pressure sensitive labels to cylindrical and conical products such as bottles, pots, jars, vials and aerosols and is used in many industries from food to pharmaceutical.  A number of methods of applying the labels are available depending on the application.  A3 rollers wrap method is used where large labels or high accuracy is required.  For high speed applications the product is labelled while moving and is put into rotation as the label is dispensed.  This gives the capabilities of running in the range of 250 ppm.  Options include Hotfoil coding, Thermal transfer, laser and inkjet coding for variable data such as LOT No, Expiry date and Batch information along with vision inspection.

Infeed and outfeed of the wraparound labelling machine system can be fitted with turntables increasing performance as an offline system or fully integrated into a filling line. Custom design can be undertaken in order for special functions or requirements to be incorporated.

We can offer you a labelling machine rental service for label machines and label applicators.

Our labelling machine rental service includes the SEM160 label applicator and the UDA offline labelling system. With an increase in production needs or machine failures there is no more need to purchase additional labelling equipment and rental is a good option to cover these eventualities.

A form bottle labelling system allows for labelling shaped bottles such as trigger sprays on both sides of the bottle without using moulds.

Form bottle labelling systems have the advantage of low set-up costs but have a high through-put and can be used in multiple production lines. To make any changes to the respective products you simply adjust the machine components.

An optional wrap-around system is also available; this enables the machine to label cylindrical products. 

We have a range of Rapid label applicators include the S, SM and SEM versions that are suitable for standard promotional labelling applications, applying pre printed labels to flat products on the top, front, side, rear or base. They can be supplied as a standalone system or integrated into an existing machine such as form fill and seal machine, case packer or food packaging line. Optional features for our range of RAPID label applicators include tamp, blow and various applicator arms which enable all imaginable configurations to be achieved.

For small to medium sized production jobs our semi automatic labelling systems provide an excellent alternative to a fully automatic machine. One of the advantages of these systems is that up to eighty percent of the modules contained in the semi-automatic machines can later be integrated into a fully automatic labelling system at a later date.

The TNC semi automatic labelling system can be supplied as a desktop or standalone system. They are available in a variety of versions and configurations and can easily be configured for labelling a wide range of products. Product labelling is very precise because flat or specially formed products are fixed in a format receptacle which is mechanically adjustable to different sizes.  Applications for our semi automatic labelling systems include cosmetic labelling, bottle labelling, vial labelling, blood bag labelling, vignette labelling, blister pack labelling.

We have a range of fully automatic labelling systems for various applications.  These include front and back labelling of formed bottles such as trigger sprays used for cleaning products, bulk containers and cylindrical bottles, cosmetic labelling and toiletry labelling.  Fully automatic labelling systems for high speed wrap around labelling of jars, tubs and tubes for food, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors along with systems for labelling larger products such as paint cans and pails used within the food and chemical industry.

We are now backing sophisticated robotic labelling systems technology. If there are many labels to be processed, which may vary in terms of their format, the robot automatically changes the tool required.

A robot labelling systems machine is subdivided into three sections: robot, label dispenser/label printing system and the label transfer unit.

Thanks to the fact that several projects have already been implemented, in all 3 sections a variety of alternatives are available to you. The whole system has a modular structure and any configuration is feasible.

Our offline coding system is excellent for labelling and encoding flat products from one magazine to the next. Typical products for this solution are, for example, folding boxes, other material cuts, letter paper, envelopes or plastic bags.  Typical examples of how this solution is used is to apply variable data, serial numbering, information on prices and content, barcodes and logos to flat cartons, blister sleeves and food sleeves. Further applications for offline coding systems are addressing, personalisation and the creation of small-format printing applications. A variety of printing and labelling modules are available such as Hotfoil, Thermal transfer printing, Inkjet coding, laser coding and print and apply labelling.  All of which can be mounted on the transport system. The flat state material run from stack to stack and the labelling, inkjet, thermal transfer, laser coding or print and apply coding is triggered by finely adjustable photo optics. This ensures precisely positioned marking and labelling. The system facilitates constant refilling even during operation. The marked products are collected in the outfeed magazine and can also be removed during operation.  Vision inspection can also be installed for pharmaceutical applications.
