Laser SOS provides solid state laser users with the largest range of retrofit flashlamps and Krypton Arc lamps available. Laser SOS is the world's largest provider of retrofit medical laser lamps and IPL light sources.

In many cases there are several laser lamps or light sources available for any given laser system.

Where possible you will be provided with the lamp brand of your choice.

Lamps are continuously being improved so at all times you will be supplied with best suited for your laser system and application.

Solid state lasers require mirrors maintaining lasing action. Most resonators consist of a high reflector (rear mirror) and partially transmissive output coupler (front mirror). Mirror substrates are produced from a range of high quality optical materials such as BK7, fused Quartz and other exotic glasses selected for its intended application. Laser mirrors are fabricated in a multitude of configurations such as convex, concave, flat, wedged or a mixture of both. Coatings are selected according to both maximum power damage threshold and wavelength criteria.

Laser SOS provides a comprehensive range of retrofit mirrors. All mirrors have been carefully selected for each given laser system and application.

Laser SOS provides solid state laser users with a comprehensive range of deionising cartridges, resin and particle filters available for most leading brands of solid state lasers. Most solid state lasers require a deionisation cartridge or DI resin to maintain the correct resistivity level of the cooling water. The particle filter is required to remove debris and particulates from the water. Both the DI cartridges and particle filter should be regularly replaced to maintain maximum laser performance.

Lens Protective windows are recommended for shielding expensive optics such as focussing lenses and F-theta lenses from splatter and debris during laser processing.

Laser SOS provides a comprehensive range of retrofit protective windows. These windows are available in a range of glass materials such as BK7, fused quartz and borosilicate and are available with or without anti-reflective coating.

Laser SOS has designed, developed and produced a unique extra cavity second harmonic module designed for industrial, scientific and medical applications and can be easily integrated in a wide range of solid state laser systems. The # SH532EC second harmonic module has been developed for TEMoo and low order beam quality. The module is mechanically stable and sealed to ensure reliable operation. The module has been optically set to achieve a conversion efficiency of up to 50%. The # SH532EC module is affordable and simple to integrate and service.

Laser SOS provides solid state laser users with a comprehensive range of glass filters. Depending on application, wide, narrow, long & short wavelength pass filters are available. For laser safety a range of attenuation (blocking) filter are supplied in a range of sizes.
