Supplying the automotive, communications, consumer, electronics, industrial and medical industries, we specialise in high-quantity, tight tolerance plastic injection moulding.

Capable of supporting a wide range of plastic injection molding needs, we use computer-controlled electronic and hydraulic injection molding presses. Our presses range from 22 tonnes to 500 tonnes clamping capacity with shot sizes from 1oz to 32oz. 

In order to provide the most cost-effective tool moulding development solutions, we use injection moulding automation wherever possible. For our tool development moulding, we use both standard and servo-based robots for pick and place applications.
 

Our Controlled Environment Molding Area (CEMA) is a secure facility strictly regulated for cleanliness and air quality. Ideal for the plastic injection molding of medical applications, the controlled environment allows us to be a leader in other applications with similar requirements as well.

Our contolled environment injection moulding process is completed with all-electric Cincinnati Milacron Roboshot® presses, and levels of accuracy and cleanliness are strictly maintained.
