Lean Systems
Our lean systems consultancy and training service is focused on delivering practical, value-added solutions. We recognise each company is different and appreciate the dangers of forcing generic solutions on our customers. Our service is based upon over 25 years of practical involvement. If we don’t know the subject we won’t offer a service!
We are able to assist with lean systems implementation, Kaizen events, TPM, Value Stream Mapping and 5S's.
ISO9001
We have assisted over seventy companies in achieving certification to ISO9001:2008; the International Standard for Quality Management Systems. We have assisted companies in both the manufacturing and service sectors. We have a SME ISO9001 consultancy service which leads up to the stage 1 certification process and starts at just £2000, plus VAT.
We have also assisted companies in gaining certification to the International Environmental Management Standard; ISO14001:2004.
We also have a strong presence in health and safety support, including assistance in obtaining Health and Safety Management System Certification to OHSAS18001:2007 standard.
