• Piston pumps metering (electric): With 40 years experience on a worldwide basis LCL are proud to have developed the Twin flow EVR. This is the ultimate machine for heating, degassing, metering, mixing and dispensing a multi component flow able reactive resin systems.
• Piston pumps metering (electric): Primarily used for shotting applications. Suitable for low to high viscosities, shot size ranges from 0.01 cc up to 1200cc per cycle of mixed two part resins. Full range of fixed or variable ratio machines available, ratio changes via mechanical adjustment. Basic control via pneumatic or PLC control with HMI screen. Featuring the “Posiload” precision metering pump capable of +/- .05% accuracy.
• Geared pump metering (pneumatic): Designed for continuous mixing and dispensing as required for long bead laying applications. Speed and ratio to be constant. Mechanical ratio change. All pneumatic machines are ideal for hazardous materials.
• Geared pump metering (electric): Designed for continuous mixing and dispensing as required for long bead laying applications.

LCL Single Component

• PosiLoad PD: To volumetrically meter a predetermined quantity of a medium to high viscosity paste direct from a 20 or 200 lit barrel.

• Globaco PPD-2005 peristaltic pump: The PPB-2005 has been specifically designed to dispense small dots or beads of Cyanoacrylate (CA) and many other adhesive and fluids with viscosities up to 10,000Cps.  This easy to use unit only requires single phase electric, no need to decant or pressurise.   PTFE peristaltic tubing ensures long product life without moisture contamination.  Digital incremental control is input using the intuitive screen, ensuring accurate repeatability time after time.
