Our injection moulding machinery is maintained & calibrated to keep them manufacturing the highest quality components in a controlled area.

Our 20 injection moulding machines range from 25 tonne to 440 tonne. 6 of our machines have digital PLC control and 14 are microprocessor controlled. We have recently purchased closed loop feeder systems for our high volume production run machines.

With years of experience in this industry we are expert plastic moulders and tool makers.

Due to the years of development and experience we now produce a high standard of vacuum plating. We have manufactured vacuum plating with a chrome-like finish for a range of end user applications.

We employ professional spray painters who use our top of the range spray painting equipment. We can also do spray painting as a post mould operation. Being the middle man between our customers and our paint suppliers we can find the best suited paint or coating for the application.

If you're in need of components with 2 halves that need to be sealed together then our ultrasonic welding service can do this; the components are stronger in the end and has less alignment-error. Ultrasonic welding is a ultra high frequency sound which vibrates the 2 components together.

We can create components in a range of colours with hot foil blocking. The words or patterns that you want are applied to a injection moulded component with a unique foil which is then heated in to the component using hot foil machinery.
