Our 20 injection plastic moulders and toolmakers range from 25 tonne to 440 tonne. Six of our machines have digital PLC control and 14 are microprocessor controlled. We have recently purchased closed loop feeder systems for our high volume production run machines.

We employ professional spray painters who utilise our top of the range spray painting equipment.

We also offer spray painting as a post mould operation. Being the middle man between our customers and our paint suppliers, we find the best suited paint or coating for the application.

If you are in need of components with two halves required to be sealed together, our ultrasonic welding service is the answer.

The components are stronger in the end and have less alignment-error. Ultrasonic welding is an ultra high frequency sound which vibrates the the components together.

We have the capabilities to create components in a range of colours with hot foil blocking.

The words or patterns that you want are applied to an injection moulded component with a unique foil. This is heated into the component using hot foil blocking.

As experienced precision mould tool manufacturers, our injection moulding tooling capabilities are vast and market leading. Our injection moulding tooling is created via 20 injection moulding machines ranging from 25 tonne to 440 tonne.
