Lyndale Plastics Limited can offer a one stop shop to our Customers. Our services include Plastic Injection Moulding, Overmoulding, Insert Moulding, Ultrasonic Welding of plastic components, and any Second operation assembly work. We also offer a Tooling Management  service for the manufacture of Injection Moulds, single and Two Shot, Pressure Diecast Tooling, Press Tools, Compression Moulds and any jigs and fixtures for second operations. We also welcome the opportunity to project manage complete engineering projects from an idea of a component to the supply of finished moulded product.

Due to our extensive press range, we are able to offer our Customers low volume production for small components weighing approximately 0.5 grams to large volume production to 275 grams per shot.

With our experience in plastics we are able to offer advise on polymer selection for new products and welcome being involved in the early component designs stages in order to achieve the best cost effect design for tool manufacture. We have also developed many metal replacements helping our Customers change from steel to plastic components thus making savings on product cost, transportation and having the added bonus of recycling benefits.
